Stacey N. Brancheau, CFP®, CTFA

Founder and Principal
With over 25 years of estate planning experience, and her knowledge as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING™ professional (CFP®) and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), Stacey assists her clients in leaving a legacy for generations to come. She enjoys meeting with clients to build a long lasting relationship and to understand each individual's desire for their plan. Working closely with the client and their team of professional advisors, she develops, formalizes and assists in the implementation of a customized estate plan. Stacey has resided in the Fenton community over the past 30 years, with her husband. She is a graduate of Fenton High Schools and has strong ties to the community. She has a special place in her heart for the senior community and volunteers at the Loose Senior Citizen Center, offering free consultations. Stacey has three sons and enjoys spending time on the water with her family, water-skiing and boating.
Susan L. Temple
Senior Legal Assistant
Probate and Trust Administration
Prior to joining The Brancheau Law Firm in 2017, Susan held the position of Senior Deputy Register at the Genesee County Probate Court. She brings 24 years of experience focusing on probate matters, including decedent's estates, wills, guardianships and conservatorships. She works closely with our clients who are acting as Personal Representatives and Trustees. Susan is a long-time resident of Fenton Michigan and resides there with her two sons. She has been a member of St. John's church and serves on the core committee for St. Johns Applefest.
